HOW TO ORDER

Ordering through SEWP VI

  1. Define the requirement and identify the appropriate SEWP VI category — products (A), enterprise-wide services (B), or mission-based services (C).
  2. Issue the RFQ, RFI, or Market Research Request through the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool, selecting the applicable competition group.
  3. For pre-solicitation questions, scope clarification, or capability information, contact Mike Alberi at malberi@alltechjv.com.
  4. AllTech Ventures responds through the NASA-prescribed process. Every quote states its validity period and order-specific terms.
  5. Evaluate per agency procedures and FAR 16.505, issue the order through SEWP, and the SEWP Program Office assigns a SEWP Control Number (SCN).
  6. Performance begins only after the processed order bearing an SCN is received. Orders sent directly to AllTech Ventures are routed back through the SEWP process first.
FAIR OPPORTUNITY

AllTech Ventures holds NASA SEWP VI contracts under a multiple-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). FAR 16.505(b)(1) provides that each contractor shall be given fair opportunity to be considered for each order exceeding $10,000 issued under multiple-award contracts. The method for obtaining fair opportunity is at the discretion of the Contracting Officer, who must document the rationale for placement and price of each order. The SEWP Quote Request Tool is the recommended method to support this activity.

Contract Clause A.1.13 — Fair Opportunity and Requests for Quotes. Contractors are provided fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. No documentation for order selection is required to be submitted with the order; all such documentation is maintained by the issuing procurement office. The Contractor shall not market, quote, or otherwise offer for sale any IT solutions not listed under this contract until those solutions are included in the SEWP database of record and available to all Government end-users. Where the Government issues an RFI as part of market research, the Contractor may provide items not yet listed on its SEWP contract provided all such items are clearly marked as not yet available and a technology refreshment request is submitted. In response to an RFQ or Market Research Request, the Contractor may only respond with items available on its contract, priced no greater than the price in the SEWP database of record at the time the quote is issued. Where the Contractor has insufficient items on contract to fully respond to a Formal RFQ, the Contractor will respond with a No Bid. Unless the RFQ specifically allows partial quotes, the Contractor will respond fully to all requirements specified in the RFQ. All quotes state the period for which the quote is valid, and any order submitted within that period is honored.
INSTALLATION, WARRANTY & POST-DELIVERY SUPPORT

Installation

Installation, configuration, and deployment services are quoted at the order level when requested. Site preparation, delivery windows, and scheduling are confirmed in writing before performance.

Basic Warranty

Category A products carry the applicable OEM warranty, passed through to the ordering agency in full. Terms, duration, and coverage are stated on each quote. AllTech Ventures coordinates warranty claims with the OEM on the agency's behalf.

Extended Warranty & Maintenance

Extended warranty, maintenance, and support agreements are available for quote at the order level. Identify the desired coverage period and service level in the RFQ so pricing reflects the full term.

Technical & Software Support

Support is provided through the applicable OEM or publisher channel, with AllTech Ventures acting as the agency's advocate for escalation and case management. Licensing, entitlement transfers, upgrades, and renewals are handled by Technical Support.
